NOTICE is given that pursuant to section 20 (6), (7) and (8) of the Crops Act, 2013, the Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to grant a licence to the following applicant: Name of Applicant Purpose of Licence Location Marakiqana Limited Coffee exports, imports and value addition/roasting and packaging L.R. The objection should state clearly the name, address and telephone number of the person/s or entity objecting, the reasons for the objection to the grant of the licence and should be signed by the objector. The Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to issue the licence to the applicant who will have complied with the Crops Act, 2013, the Coffee (General) Regulations, 2002 and the Coffee (General) (Amendment) Rules, 2006 and any other relevant written law by the 25th January, 2020.
