NOTICE is given to all members of the County Assembly of Machakos and the general public that pursuant to the provisions of section 12 (3) (c) of the County Ilovernments Act, 2012, the following member has been appointed to be a member of the County Assembly Service Board of Machakos— JOSEPH PETER MUTISO The term of office of the member referred above shall be subject to the provisions of section 12 (5) (a) (i) and (ii) of the County Governments Act, 2012.
