REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Michael Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Escarpment/Kinari Block 1/1686, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Gichugu in succession cause no. 53 of 2009, has issued grant and letters of administration to Mary Nyawira Muriuki, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Michael Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said Mary Nyawira Muriuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Michael Ndwiga alias Alexander Muriuki Ndwiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
