WHEREAS Ali Kibarabara (ID/3089171), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Juja/Kalimoni Block 2/688, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect. Rosemary Njeri Henderson (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate of lease and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA. 50 in the name of Sammy Kibuku Muiruri, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Rosemary Njeri Henderson (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
