TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 86 OF 2019 By (1) Jafar Adan Ahmed and (2) Fartun Aden Ahmed, both of P.O. Box 30175-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adan Ahmed Lakicha, who died at Nairobi, on 25th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the „tame unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
