TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 214 OF 2019 By Patrick Weimi Kangu, of P.O. Box 61, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yahel Edore, who died on 13th January, 1987. CAUSE NO. 227 OF 2019 By Abigael Ongek, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Ondiege Oyiera, who died at Muhaka Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2001. CAUSE No. 253 OF 2019 By Morris Kachula Ombonya, of P.O. Box 466, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombanya Khachula alias Henry Ombonya, who died on 11th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2019 By Wilberforce Kutwa Miruka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of adMinistration intestate to the estate of Namboya Kutwa alias Japhet Namboya, who died at Challa, on 31st January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
