TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By Dina Anyango Ochere, of P.O. Box 26, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Ochere Orwa alias Ochere Orwa, who died on 18th June, 1996. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2019 By Susan Ochieng Owino, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Owino Okumu, who died on 22nd February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance 'in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
