TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: — CAUSE No. 517 OF 2019 By Walter Otieno Ogutu, of P.O. Box 24, Kandiege in Kenya,the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenuarius Ogutu Obiero, who died at Kojwang, on 12th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. 518 OF 2019 By Joseph Alphoce Migele, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruben Onyango Migele, who died at Kanyadhiang, on 4th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
