TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. I OF 2020 By (1) Karisa Baya Musarmu, (2) Bantwouel Baya Thoya and (3) Elvis Kahindi Karisa, the deceased's eons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of tenets of administration intestate to the estate of Bays MUSIMZU alias Baya Musanzi, who died at Kilifi County Hospital, on 6th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenw Gazette.
