Box 1158-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Nyakemori alias Zakaria Obaga Moindi, late of Kiserian Kajiado, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2010. CAUSE No. 539 OF 2019 By Richard Obara Ositu, of P.O. Box 1158-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ositu Moinde alias Otiso Moindi, late of Muma, who died at christamarriane Mission Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 24th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
