TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2019 By Ann Jetum Cheserom, of P.O. Box 1237, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Cheserom Kipkech Cheptokoch, who died at Kapkarwa Sub-location, on 9th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2019 By Steve Biko Aradi, of P.O. Box 29, Chavakali in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Gladys Vulifa Kisame Aradi, who died at Masaba Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the ,ontrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
