Box 421-90200, Kiwi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate CO the estate of Syondeto Muli, who died at Kiwi, on 10th August, 1987. CAUSE No. 227 OF 2019 By Joshua Ngunia Maingi, of P.O. Box 222-90200, Kitui in Kenya; the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Maingi Muasya, who died at Kiwi, on 28th September, 2018. CAUSE No. 229 OF 2019 By Stephen Nguthu Kithembe, of P.O. Box 249-90200, Kiwi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kithembe Kitheka, who died at Kitui, on 25th January, 1992. CAUSE No. 239 OF 2019 By Silister. Syokau Mutisya, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Henry Muli Kivindyo and (2) Mbuni Kivindyo, who died at Kitui, on 12th March, 1998 and 19th June, 2006, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
