TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 90 OF 2019 By (1) Aisha Inchirisa and (2) Shaaban Omar Msanifu, both of P.O. Box 98454-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Msanifu Kombo, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on 22nd May, 2018. CAUSE No. 201 OF 2019 By (1) Kalyan Murji Gopal Ashani and (2) Premji Murji Ashani, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ashani Murji Gopal, who died at Kongowea, Mkomani, on 19th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 444 OF 2019 By Jane Wangui Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 1, Mbeere in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamau Kimotho, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
