TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2019 By (1) Hawo Said Chute, (2) Abdukadir Mbarak Said, (3) Nassir Said Chute and (4) Yussuf Said Chute, all of P.O. Box 34, Marsabit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Chute Liga, who died at Marsabit Town, on 4th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
