TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CANE No. 44 OF 2019 By (1) Isaac Naisankau Kanyoro, (2) Andrew Kapau Kanyoro, (3) Norena Kantito Naisankau and (4) Namonyak ene Kanyoro, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peter Kanyoro Naisankau, who died on 27th March, 2019. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2019 By (1) John Rosha Kimair and (2) Peninah Nadupoi Kimair, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Kimair Maruru, who died on 1st August, 2001. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2019 By (1) Geoffrey Sheke Nkoituyuni, (2) Francis Kerenge Koitee, (3) Josephat Kashumpai ole Nkoituyuni and (4) Daniel Mututua Nkoituyuni, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Nkoituyuni ole Lengeny, who died on 18th June, 2012. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2019 By Anne Muthoni Pertet, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration testate to -the estate of Fred Nkaroya ole Pertet, who died on 7th July, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
