NOTICE is given that by a. deed poll dated the 31st December, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 87, in Volume Dl, Folio 20/319, File No. MMXX, by our client, David Roberts, of P.O Box 1443-01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as David Chege Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Chege Mburu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Roberts, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Roberts only.
