NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle Reg No. KBV 794X, Rishant Aswin Jotangia, to collect the said motor vehicle from the yard of Musembi Guest House, Ngara, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of KSh. 658,000 and storage charges together with costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further reference.
