APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated the 29th November, 2018, I appointed Naftali Miranyi Omani, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Kenton Kijabe Hills Farmers Co- operative Society Limited (CS/1499), in liquidation, for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Naftali Miranyi Omani, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 4th February, 2020, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said Naftali Miranyi Oman, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
