WHEREAS Gathangu Muiru Gathangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandanta/Lesirko/2513, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 1 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to (1) Ruth Wangui Gathangu (ID/2943244), (2) Jane Wairimu Gathangu (ID/2943336) and (3) Rahab Wambui Gitahi (ID/2941975), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Gathangu Muiru Gathangu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gathangu Muiru Gathangu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZE-ME NOTICE No. 1248 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Alice Nyanjau Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/01 Joro Orok West/3075, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 297 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to Jeremiah Maina Mwangi (ID/0909982), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Alice Nyanjau Maina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of RI. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alice Nyanjau Maim (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
