REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mwangi Kinuthia alias Mwangi Kinuthia, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Loc.16/Ndunyu-Chege/T.20, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Thika in succession cause no. 243 of 2007, has issued grant and letters of administration to David Kinuthia Mwangi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Mwangi Kinuthia alias Mwangi Kinuthia has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Mwangi Kinuthia alias Mwangi Kinuthia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
