REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) G. Gachanja s/o Ngari, (2) Purity Wairimu Kahora as administrators of the estate of Kahora s/o Ngari (deceased), (3) Lucy Wairimu Muchangi as administrator of the estate of Muchangi s/o Ngari (deceased) and (4) Karungo s/o Ngari, all of P.O. Box 44967, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/277, situate in Eastleigh in Nairobi East Township in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N5 Folio 256/9 File 7619, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
