WHEREAS (1) Joseph Mwangi Wachira and (2) Janet Mumbi Gitrhumbi, as joint tenants, both of P.O. Box 9239-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registeres as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 98.95m2 or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 140/288/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
