TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By (1) Carrolin Akinyi Abuya and (2) Samwel Joash Owidi, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of lettets of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Owidi, who died on 27th May, 1987. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2020 By (1) Ruth Ochieng Onditi and (2) Elidah Akoth Lazar°, the deceased's daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jereminus Oges alias Jernimus Oges Owidi, who died on 25th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
