CAUSE No. 343 OF 2019 By John Brown Ndung'u lkenye, of P.O. Box 6481, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Njeri Ikenye, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2019. CAUSE No. 362 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Nduta Kariuki and (2) Purity Njeri Mutheki, both of P.O. Box 470, Kalimoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mutheki Wambiriu, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 9th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
