CAUSE No. 168 OF 2019 By (1) John Gichuna Mwai and (2) Zachary N. Mwai, both of P.O. Box 48, Othaya in Kenya; for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Wambugu Murage, who died at Kihugiru, Nyen, on 7th May, 2004.
