TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2020 By William Miheso Anduga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Aduga Shavasinya, who died at Gavudunyi Sub-location, on 9th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2020 By Ebby Mmaitsi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yakobo Vamagwa, who died at Itegero Sub-location, on 12th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2020 By Barusi Kenneth Ijeji, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Jeji Kisimba alias Jech Kisimba, who died at Jivovoli Sub-location, on 12th July, 1996. CAUSE No.18 OF 2020 By Philip Visendi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Lumwamu Kavagali, who died at Walodeya Sub-location, on 21st January, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
