TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 93 OF 2019 By Job Kilonzo Katui, of P.O. Box 19-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Katui Maveni, who died at Kakumini, on 13th August, 2011. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2019 By Eunice Mutindi Malondu, of P.O. Box 132, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wellington Mbuva Mbindyo, who died at Matuu, on 22nd March, 1999. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2019 By Agnes Kavuli Musau, of P.O. Box 29-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthenya Musau, who died at Ikatipi, on 16th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2019 By (1) Piles Mukeli Kithunga and (2) Charles Keli Kithunga, both of P.O. Box 132, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithunga Muthoka, who died at Nairobi, on 14th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
