TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 of 2020 By Millicent Akinyi Orwa, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Akinyi Orwa, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 24th July, 2004. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Ruth Akoth Oswago, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Akoth Oswago, who died at Victoria Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 31st May, 2010. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By Joshua Okoth Odongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Agwambo alias Odongo Ogwambo, who died on 18th January, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
