TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 163 OF 2019 By (1) Boniface Mutie Mbiti and (2) Syokau Muasya Katumbu, both of P.O. Box 558-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbiti Ndeti, who died at Mubau. CAUSE NO. 185 OF 2019 By Luke Mutua Kioko, of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Nduume Kioko, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
