TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 238 OF 2019 By Lusia Akoth Osogo, of P.O. Box 17, Nyandiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administrdtion intestate to the estate of Jared Osogo Onyango, late of Nyandiwa, who died there on 15th August, 2004. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2019 By (1) Lewnida Okoth Opere and (2) Hesheron Oding Ogada, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opere Okoyo, late of Kamagawi, who died there on 16th May, 1994. CAUSE No. 233 OF 2019 By Jeremia Muga Gogi, of P.O. Box 57, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Aran Oloo alias Haran Oloo, late of Kothidha, who died there on 23rd February, 2014. Box 47-40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Were, late of Kamagawi, who died there on 5th July, 1999. CAUSE No. 240 OF 2019 By Ogenga Fred Onyango, of P.O. • Box 47-40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Were Otieno, late of Kamagawi, who died there on 20th May, 1993. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By (1) Boaz Ochola Onguka and (2) Kephers Odhiambo Onguka, both of P.O. Box 62, Nyangweso in Kenya, the deceased's step- grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owade Choni, late of Kanyiriema, who died there on 4th August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
