TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 103 OF 2019 By (1) Salaash ole Morompi and (2) Emmanuel Kaila Morompi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Lemita Morompi alias Lemita ole Morompi, who died at Lemek Sub-location, on 19th January, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
