TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 316 OF 2019 By (1) Akeno Lomiyana Emeni and (2) Joseph Ebei Ekai, both of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maya Lokupith Ipoo, late of Uaso, Narok Location, who died there on 3rd October, 2015. CAUSE No. 26 of 2020 By Julius Waweru Ndungu, of P.O. Box 361, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ndungu Waweru alias Daniel Ndung' u Waweru, who died at Githungucu Sub-location, on 5th December, 2003. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2020 By (1) John Mwangi Kariuki and (2) Francis Kimani Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 203, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Kariuki Githuka, who died at Shauri Sub-location, on 24th October, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
