TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2019 By Francis Christopher Murikwa Chepkwesi, of P.O. Box 1556, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Maiba Masai Chepkwesi, who died at Emoru Village, on 3rd August, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Gekonge, who died at Kitale County Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
