TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Njoki Muema and (2) Faith Nguvi Muema, both of P.O. Box 339, Kitengela in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muema Muinde, late of Mukaa Location, who died at Konza, Machakos, on 6th May, 2017. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2019 By (1) Matheka Mukeli Mwilu and (2) Jackson Kimuyu Mwilu, both of P.O. Box 34-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katiti Mwilu alias Mary Katiti Mwilu, late of Machakos, who died at Katheka Kai, on 23rd April, 2004. CAUSE No. 45 OF 2019 By (1) Sudarshan Singh Varma and (2) Sonal Suryakant Raval, both of P.O. Box 40373-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Santosh Kumari Varma, late of Rhino Point, Athi River, who died there on 19th December, 2018. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By Joseph Mutinda Kimulu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Mbithe Mutua, late of Kaseve, who died at South B Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2016. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2019 By Julius Khamati Matte, of P.O. Box 1445-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njeri Murugami, late of Machakos who died at Duka Moja Trading Center, on 26th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
