WHEREAS Rosemary Muthoni Gakuya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land col. wining 22 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/01 Joro Orok Salient/I651, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 2360 of 2001, has issued grant and letters of administration to (1) Moses Wanjogu Gakuya (ID/10155556) and (2) Harun Ndirangu Gakunya, and whereas the land title dccz issued earlier to Rosemary Muthoni Gakuya (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rosemary Muthoni Gakuya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NoricE No. 905 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Joseph Kipyegon Koske, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Londiani/Joubert/Kedowa Block 1(Kipkoiyo)/26, 28 and 31, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate Court at Kericho under succession cause no. 217 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) James Kipsigei Bowen, (2) Japhet Kipkurui Koskei and (3) Sinsira Kwamboka, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a title deed of the said to (1) James Kipsigei Bowen, (2) Japhet Kipkurui Koskei and (3) Sinsira Kwamboka and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kipyegon Koske, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
