REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fridah Wambui Githira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 14weafTebeber/B/2712, situate in the district of Kninyaga, and whemag the judge in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 216 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joseph Githira Wambui, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the ptoduction of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Joseph Githira Wambui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Frida Wambui Githira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
