APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 58 (1) (c) of the County Governments Act, 2012, the Bungoma County Governor, following the approval by the Bungoma County Assembly on the 23rd December, 2019, appoints— MAKATA SAMITA JOSEPH to be the Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Bungoma County Public Service Board, for a term of six (6) years non- renewable, on a full time basis with effect from the 24th December, 2019.
