APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) and (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, as read with section 30 (2) (e), (i) and (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012, that I, Mohamed Abdi Kuti (Dr.), Governor of the County Government of Isiolo, assign to the member of the Isiolo County Executive Committee named in the first column of the Schedule, the additional responsibilities named in the second column of the Schedule, with effect from the dates stated against the respective responsibilities. SCHEDULE Name of Member Responsibilities Abdi Hajj Daud (Mr.) (a) Finance, Economic Planning, Water, Environment, Energy, Climate Change and Natural Resources with effect from the 23rd January, 2020; and (b) Acting Executive Committee Member for Lands, Roads, Public Works, Housing, Urban Planning and Development with effect from the 1st September, 2019. The appointments of Mahamoud Abdillahi Haji and Mohamed Ali Sime to their respective dockets appearing in (a) and (b) in the second column of the Schedule are vacated from the stated effective dates of this appointment.
