REGISTRATION

WHEREAS ( I ) Paul Gathogo Murithi (ID/4300063) and (2) Faith Warigia Gathogo (ID/8106709), are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.076 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia Ngobit Supuko Block 2/5591 (Wiumiririe), and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
