TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: PTICause No. P & A No. Deceased's Name CAUSE No. 136 OF 2020 By Muya Gitau, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Bendeta Muthoni Gitau alias Benendeta Muthoni Gitau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 256 OF 2019 By Margaret Wairimu Kabochi, of P.O. Box 970, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Waithera Kabochi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
