TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2019 By (1) Dishon Musyoka Masika and (2) Alexander Kyalo Masika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masika Manyenze, who died on 17th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2020 By (1) Titus Nzuki Maweu, (2) Muthini Maweu and (3) Elizabeth Nduku Mutinda, all of P.O. Box 49-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respe'ctively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maweu Waita, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
