TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 51 OF 2019 By (1) Kabon Kapkiai and (2) Stephen Kipkemoi Kigen, both of P.O. Box 11, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapkiayi arap Kigen alias Kapkiai arap Kigen, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 12th August, 2006. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2019 By Kiptoo Kangogo, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Kangogo, who died at Kabogor, Emining, on 27th September, 1996. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2019 By Alfayo Kipkurui Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 261, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Chepkwony Simla, who died at Tolmo. on 8th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2019 By (1) Kipkemoi Sigilai and (2) Kipngetich K. Sigilai, both of P.O. Box 40-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibengut Kiptot, who died at Kambimoi, on 24th April, 1984. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2019 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
