TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Elizabeth Olela Okuku and (2) Julius Odhiambo Achwoyo, both of P.O. Box 273-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Ayugi Okuku Dianga alias Okuku Ayugi, who died on 6th December, 1985. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Daniel Okumu Odote, of P.O. Box 632, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Odote Ogola, who died on 11th March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
