TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 205 OF 2019 By Pamela Aoko Amondi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doris Anyango alias Doris Anyango Akach, who died on 24th August, 1991. CAUSE No. 267 OF 2019 By (1) Emilly Awino Ouma and (2) Derick Odiwuor Apollo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Apollo Otieno alias Apollo Joram Otieno, who died on 28th June, 2004. CAUSE No. 275 OF 2019 By John Lukio Ogutu Owino, of P.O. Box 179-40111, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Owino Kodo alias William Owino, who died on 25th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. 297 OF 2019 By Rashid Zaid Ali, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Saye, who died on 17th November, 1978.
