TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 41 OF 2019 By (1) Dickens K'0 Makokha Everett and (2) Jotham Mayama Makokha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Makokha Khwatenge, who died at Malaha Sub-location, on 30th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2019 By Joshua Khisa Waiswa, of P.O. Box 401, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yonah Waiswa Namakhelo, who died at Sitikho Sub-location, on 19th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
