Box 32, Kalawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbua Nthenge, who died at Eastleigh. CAUSE No. 54 OF 2019 By (1) Marietta Mbeneka Mutiso, (2) Mwikali Mutiso and (4) Peter Kiilu Mutiso, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Mutiso Mwilu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 193 OF 2019 By Bernard Katumo Ngeta, of P.O. Box 52, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngeta Mayoli, who died at Kawala. CAUSE No. 194 OF 2019 By (1) Jemimah Ndambuki Ngau, (2) Joseph Katei Ndambuki and (3) Benson Mutua Ndambuki, all of P.O. Box 9, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki Ngau Ndoo alias Ndambuki Ngau, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
