TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 105 OF 2019 By (1) Moris Maluti Kikului and (2) Urbanus Mutunga Kikului, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kikului Mbiwa, who died at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Francis Kasina Muindi, of P.O. Box 107-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Wanza Muindi, who died at Kakumini, on 3rd October, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
