TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 385 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Wangari and (2) Jackson Waweru Gathiru, both of P.O. Box 511-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Dani Waweru, late of Kikuyu, who died at Kinoo, on 8th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
