TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 100 OF 2019 By (1) Kantet Ole Kilerai, (2) Letasuna Ole Kilerai and (3) Selewuan Ole Kilerai, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambureti Kilerai alias Nyampureti Ole Kilerai, who died at Olkiriane, on 3rd August, 2010. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2019 By Selina Chepngetich Koech, the decesed's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipmutai Koech, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2001. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2019 By (1) Otoma Ole Kopito, (2) Gideon Ntolei Kopito, (3) Mike Olosuya Kopito and (4) Sameli Ole Kopito, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metel Ole Kopito alias Mutel Ole Kopito, who died at Sakutiek in 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
