TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 524 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Nyairo Nyariki and (2) Cynthia Nyariki, both of P.O. Box 92, Keumbu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyariki Nyairo, who died at Defence Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 1998. CAUSE No. 527 OF 2019 By Vernon Oseko Miyogo, of P.O. Box 523-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bosibiori Miyogo, who died at Kiomiti Sub-location, on 22nd April, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
